Unless specifically included in your proposal, third-party expenses such as your venue, catering, bar, florals, photography, entertainment, rentals, stationery, décor, transportation, accommodations, permits, security, and specialty installations are separate.
Extensive Design & Styling, additional event staff, guest services, setup and takedown, multi-day support, and other enhancements may also be added separately.
Everything included in your service will be clearly outlined before you sign your agreement.

Your Celebration Is Unique
Your final proposal is based on the actual scope of your celebration—not simply the event type.
Guest count, venue logistics, number of vendors, planning timeline, number of locations, overall complexity, staffing needs, travel, and additional services may affect your final investment.
We'll clearly outline your recommended services and investment before you decide to move forward.

Your date is officially reserved once your agreement is signed and your non-refundable retainer is received.
Planning Consultations are generally paid when booked. EsteMarie will not start any efforts towards your event until payment is made and cleared. This protects us as a business though it also protects your money as our deposits are non-refundable.
Partial and Full-Service Planning may be divided into scheduled payments throughout the planning period, with the final balance due 14 - 30 days before your celebration, depending on your contract type.

No. If venue selection falls within your planning service, we can begin before you've chosen one?
Earlier usually provides more options, particularly for weddings and complex celebrations—but don't assume you're too late. If you've already started, we'll evaluate what's been completed and what remains. It is possible we can pick up within days of your event in emergency situations.
Some comprehensive planning services may include or transition into event coordination. Planning Guidance does not. Your proposal will clearly state what's included. Please visit the coordination page under the services tab to learn more.
