Before we talk timelines, tablescapes, vendors, or décor, we want to understand you. What are you celebrating? What have you envisioned? What matters most? What have you already planned—and what would you happily never think about again?

From there, we create an approach that's uniquely yours.

You don't have to start at the beginning to work with EsteMarie. Maybe you have an inspiration board and nothing else. Maybe your venue and vendors are already booked. Or perhaps you've planned everything yourself and simply need professionals to take it from here.

There's no "right" place to begin. Wherever you are in the process, we'll meet you there.

We don't believe every client belongs in the same package. Our menu of services allows you to choose the support that makes sense for your celebration—from beginning-to-end planning, coordination, and design to day-of coordination, styling, setup and takedown, guest services, or additional à la carte support.

Need a little? We're there. Need a lot? We're there for that too.

Once we know our role, we become part of your team. We organize the details, communicate with vendors, refine the design, build realistic timelines, and make sure all the individual pieces work beautifully together.

We're thinking about more than how your celebration looks. We're considering how it flows, functions, and feels for you and your guests.

This is where preparation meets experience. We anticipate challenges, answer vendor questions, manage transitions, direct guests, adjust when plans change, and pay attention to the little things you shouldn't have to think about.

Some of our best work may be the work you never even know we had to do—and that's exactly how we like it.
