What was your biggest concern before hiring EsteMarie?

We hired EsteMarie for my daughter’s baby shower. I love hosting in my home, but decorating and putting together a themed event isn’t something I enjoy. This was our first grandbaby close to home and the first baby shower I really got to be part of, so making it special for my only daughter felt like a big deal. She wanted something Western, sweet, boyish, and full of country charm, and I worried I wouldn’t be able to bring her vision to life or that I’d spend the entire day worrying about details instead of enjoying it with her.

What stood out most about your experience?

From the beginning, everything felt easy. Hannah and Sara listened to both of us and brought her vision together beautifully. They worked within our budget, found affordable and antique pieces that fit the theme, and included us in every decision. They also worked seamlessly alongside our family and friends who were helping with the cake and food. On setup day, they came in and immediately got to work. I never felt like I needed to manage them or stop what I was doing they transformed the backyard while I focused on my family and getting the food ready.

Would you recommend EsteMarie?

Absolutely, 100%. I would recommend EsteMarie without hesitation for showers, weddings, anniversaries, or any special event. I’m already looking forward to having them be part of my next big celebration.

How did working with EsteMarie make your event different?

The biggest difference was that I didn’t feel overwhelmed. They stayed throughout the shower, kept everything on track with a timeline, refilled drinks, cleared tables, helped with games, and seemed to know what we needed before we had to ask. I didn’t have to watch the clock or think about what came next.

I was able to be fully present with my only daughter, enjoy our guests, and celebrate the upcoming arrival of our grandbaby. For once, I wasn’t running the event I got to enjoy it.

My biggest concern was making sure the vision I had in my head actually came to life. This bridal shower was especially important because I had been asked to put it together for my soon to be  adult stepdaughter. I really wanted to make it special for her and didn’t want to let her down. I already had ideas she shared with me and some décor of my own, so it was important that those personal touches weren’t lost.

Hannah and Sara really listened to my vision. They incorporated the décor I already had and brought in additional pieces that complemented it beautifully, making everything feel intentional and completely put together without taking away from my original ideas. I also loved that our friends and family were included in the decorating process. They still got to be part of creating something special for her, while Hannah and Sara helped guide the setup and bring everything together. From the décor to making sure we had plenty of food, they thought about all the details.

Would you recommend EsteMarie?

Absolutely. I wouldn’t just recommend them for a party—I would trust them with any of my big events. 10/10, without a doubt. I’ve already hired them for my May 2027 wedding!

Having Hannah and Sara handle the setup took so much pressure off me. They took my ideas, added their own special touches, and helped everything come together while still making our family and friends feel included. Once the shower began, I could enjoy what we had created for my stepdaughter. Having them return afterward to help with takedown was an added relief. It was the perfect balance of feeling personally involved without feeling like I had to do it all myself.

My biggest concern was making sure the vision I had for our wedding could actually come to life without me having to manage every little detail myself. I had put so much thought and love into the day, and I wanted someone I could trust to understand that vision and care about it as much as I did. What stood out most was how genuinely thoughtful, insightful, and creative Hannah was. She didn’t just listen to my ideas; she became just as excited and passionate about them as I was. She took the vision I had in my head and somehow made it even better than I imagined. We had a few issues come up with the venue itself, and Hannah handled every single one so quickly and seamlessly that they were fixed before I even had the chance to start worrying. She quite literally saved the day more than once, and I cannot express how much that meant to me.

Absolutely, without hesitation. I would recommend EsteMarie to anyone planning a wedding or special event. Having Hannah and Sara there gave me the ability to actually be present and enjoy one of the most important days of my life instead of worrying about everything happening behind the scenes. I will forever be grateful for both of them and the care they put into making our wedding so special.

Working with EsteMarie turned our wedding from the day I had envisioned into something even more beautiful than I thought possible. Hannah and Sara brought so much creativity, care, and attention to every detail, while also handling the unexpected things that inevitably come with a wedding. What stood out most was Hannah and Sara themselves. They were so present, reassuring, supportive, and willing to go above and beyond for my daughter and our entire family. Nothing ever felt like “just a job” to them. Even their family stepped in to help with setup and cleanup, which says so much about the kind of people they are. Seeing how much they genuinely cared about my daughter and about making her day special meant more to me than I can put into words.

Absolutely! I’ve already been telling everyone I know about them, especially with more weddings coming up in our family. I would recommend EsteMarie without hesitation. The level of care, support, and dedication they gave our family is something I will never forget.

How did working with EsteMarie make your event different?
Without them, I would have been a complete mess! I know myself, and I would have been stressed, overwhelmed, and trying to manage everything instead of actually enjoying my daughter’s wedding. Because Hannah and Sara were there, I could be her mom that day. I could be present, take everything in, and focus on watching my daughter get married instead of worrying about what needed to happen next. They gave both of us the ability to truly enjoy the day, and I’m incredibly grateful for that.

My biggest concern was making sure all of the ideas and hard work we had put into our wedding were actually fulfilled and came together the way we envisioned. There was already so much stress leading up to the day, and I wanted everything to look and feel right without us having to spend our wedding day worrying about whether things were getting done.

What stood out most about your experience?

Their professionalism stood out immediately. Hannah and Sara took everything we wanted seriously, even some of our more unique ideas. They never made us feel like something was weird or too much. Instead, they understood what we were going for and ran with it. They were professional when they needed to be, but we could also joke around and have fun with them, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and personal.

Would you recommend EsteMarie?

100%. Their professionalism alone would make me recommend them, but it was also the amount of dedication and genuine care they showed us. They went above and beyond what I expected, and even their family helped make our day happen. Their mom allowed us to store wedding items with her, and their sons helped with security and item transportation. It felt like we had an entire team invested in making sure our wedding went the way it was supposed to.

How did working with EsteMarie make your event different?

They made a huge difference. Without Hannah and Sara, the day easily could have turned into a complete mess with missing items, unexpected problems, and us running around trying to fix everything ourselves.

One situation especially showed us how valuable having them there really was. There were individuals who were specifically not permitted at our wedding who attempted to get in. Hannah and Sara handled the situation immediately, professionally, and discreetly. They de-escalated it before it ever became our problem, and we were able to continue enjoying our wedding without having our day disrupted.

They didn’t just coordinate everything behind the scenes. They protected our peace and allowed us to actually enjoy the day we had worked so hard for.

What was your biggest concern before hiring EsteMarie?

I really wanted the surprise to workout, but I didn’t know where to start. I also didn’t know how to contact or communicate with all the different people we needed, like table and chair rentals, food trucks, and everything else that they did. I needed someone who could help me figure all of that out while also keeping everything a secret from my brother. 

What stood out most about your experience?

What stood out most was that I really didn’t have to do anything on the day of the party except make sure my brother stayed distracted until it was time for the surprise. Hannah and Sara even kept me on schedule so I knew when I needed to leave and when to get my brother to the party.

We had a huge outdoor movie theater area, three different bounce houses, a food truck, a snow cone truck, a popcorn and s’mores bar, and oversized yard games.  They didn't make me feel like a 16-year-old planning a party they treated me like a client. 

Would you recommend EsteMarie?

Definitely. 

How did working with EsteMarie make your event different?

Having them there made a huge difference because I didn’t have a lot of people available to help me.

Hannah and Sara were able to take care of all of that for me. They even helped me figure out the invitations and gave me a text message invite to send out to our friends and family.

I honestly don’t think the surprise would have worked without them. 

  What was your biggest concern before hiring EsteMarie?

My biggest concern with hiring a company to help plan our wedding is cost. We have a budget that I’m looking to adhere to. EsteMarie worked within our budget, identified areas where we could stretch our budget, and focused on the most important thing: the wedding day experience.

What has stood out most about your experience so far?

Hannah and Sara listened, took notes, asked questions to ensure understanding, and reiterated our wishes. They listened actively to what we wanted and what our concerns were. They prioritized understanding our needs before interjecting and making suggestions.
